What do you mean by “replaced” by August? The Demo’s convention isn’t until mid-August? Until then, there’s nothing to replace.

I don't know if that's true, but they have to be in panic mode. People like the idea of Biden being President. Once they get to see the Biden they will be voting for, many won't even bother to vote.
