The house is not above the President, he doesn't answer to Pelosi or anyone else except the voters. If he has broken the law, prove it, vote it in the House and send it to the Senate for trial. A trial that will follow the rule of law. Period.
The hearings in the House are clearly not a trial, clearly not under any legal rules (discovery, etc.) so let's get on with it. Have the freaking vote and send it to the senate if she dares.
