People get arrested and go to jail before their court date, unless they can make bond (from my understanding). Are you saying these people couldnt make bond?

Michael Byrd fired the only shot there, killing an unarmed, non-aggressive woman that is half his size. The fact he is still employed with DC Capitol Police speaks volumes. The prisoners are alleged of false charges. A guy was just released from that prison, confessing he had a pipe bomb. Yet some of those unarmed continue to dwell there, individuals who were unarmed and being charged with seditious conspiracy.

I’d like to think my judgment would have kept me from bum rushing that building no matter what the constitution says. That whole thing had trouble written all over it.
Nevertheless they should have access to legal counsel to fight for them but let’s not pretend it’s the first time . They do what they want now.
