Nope.

He is the fist guy in decades that wants to apply pragmatism to our system.

I love you to death brother. And I respect your opinion above most on this board, particularly on this subject. But militant Islam as a means to spread dissatisfaction along many lines of effort. It is cancerous in it's effect. Similar to Progressivism, it ccnstantly finds fault with the (for lack of a better term) status quo. It is destructive in nature.

I think I understand what you were saying now. I agree 100% that the Islamic terrorists are absolutely using Islam to do this. They are going for every seam and crack, and they absolutely hide out among the moderates and the far left in order to achieve their objectives.

Happy New Year!

I disagree on the importance of wealth inequality, which could be the subject of a fine discussion, but I think you're dead on about the instability of the coalition Trump pieced together. It will be incredibly interesting to see how it holds. The GOP Congress, particularly the House, is the only institution I see with a real mandate but on many issues they are likely to clash with the president.

Farc is a regional group while Muslim terror is worldwide. Farc matters to people in Columbia and surrounding areas. Everyday it's Muslims this and Muslims that. People are sick of hearing it. The Left's love affair with Islam is some sinister arse shite. They are bringing them here knowing full well that the Muslims are going to go off on an innocent public.

Do we ban all dogs even though some of them catch rabies or otherwise bite humans?

No, we just kill those that do and let otherwise peaceful dogs live and go on about their business.

No one saying not to be diligent in trying to detect rabies or an inclination to attack, but it's silly to suggest we ban all dogs because of the bad behavior of a few.

I agree, we certainly don't need to be importing them by the thousand from war-torn areas. Also instead of importing them from shitholes find ways to improve the shitholes instead of sponsoring an Arab spring throughout the middle East.

I agree. Put them in a pound until they have been checked, vaccinated, treated for parasites, and evaluated for the suitability to be offered to the public.

If this is what you got from Trump beating all the odds. Beating almost the entire media machine and beating not one but two parties you are truly lost.

This election was NOT a referendum on Islam. It was a shot across the bow of both sets of party elites the donor class and a bought and paid for media that has little curiosity concerning politics.

To stick with the idiotic football analogies constantly thrown around, if you turn the ball over 10 times are you going to ignore that just because you won the game? No.

If your team won the football game even though they turned over the ball 10 times are you going to celebrate that your team played good enough to win anyway? Yes.

It's for sure one of the main takeaways. IF HRC's message on Islam had been remotely realistic or honest, she would have handily won.
