UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson hospitalized with virus - AP

Feel better, BoJo.
quote:

Johnson’s office says he is being admitted for tests because he still has symptoms 10 days after testing positive for the virus.

Downing St. said Sunday the hospitalization is a “precautionary step” and he remains in charge of the government.

Johnson, 55, has been quarantined in his Downing St. residence since being diagnosed with COVID-19 on March 26.

Probably just trying to stay ahead of it, maybe feeling a little rough and doesn't want to wait until things progress to get attention.

Huh?

Boris Johnson is going to hog a hospital room for no reason?

He admitted today he is feeling fine except that he still has a fever

No reason to hospitalize

Absolutely.
They’re calling it a precautionary step.

I’m a huge Boris fan, hoping he pulls through. He will Make Great Britain Actually Great Again!

This is a concerning step.

He's had this since the beginning. I'm going out on a limb and guessing he had been getting hcq and zithromax. He's been getting something.

Pull through.

So what are the odds MiniTrump did not receive Hydroxychloroquine?

Johnson’s fiancee Carrie Symonds, 32, revealed Saturday that she spent a week with coronavirus symptoms, though she wasn’t tested. Symonds, who is pregnant, said she was now “on the mend.”

Aw, bless her.
I’d be unnerved to be carrying a baby while sick with this funk.

I, would like to know if he took it, or not.

Odds are near 100%.

As I've said, French and Spanish anecdotes are that HC is miraculous. Yet they are running 4-fold CFRs to the US. So something is amiss.

Wouldn't that point to him not to have taken it? He's been sick for 10 days and is now in the hospital

No.
It would point to it not keeping him out of the hospital.
As one would assume he'd also have access to remdesivir, Johnson's situation does not bode well for an immediate BigPhara break through
