The most effective forces of violence I'm aware of are trained militaries. The most direct way of obtaining control of them is by occupying existing positions of authority over them. This either requires elections or a junta.

They don't need control of the Military to purge themselves of the Left
They need to attack Judges, Elected Officials, Bureaucracts, Media Personalities and Law Enforcement and attack them in their homes and in public
They can't even openly state 'The migrants are making the UK worse and need to be deported' without getting arrested, it's too late for them to vote themselves out
