That's a dangerous road, though, since that also means other protests (including conservative ones in the future) will be subject to similar DOJ scrutiny.
Better scenario? Arrest anyone who admits to violence at a protest and leave the feds in D.C.

If lower law enforcements and lower courts do their jobs, I agree but if they don't then the feds should step in. This kind of crap cannot be allowed without repercussions.
