And therein lies one of the differences between them and us. I doubt that a college professor would state that, if Bernie Sanders had been detained by the Soviets for doing something stupid on his honeymoon, gotten shipped off to Siberia, and ultimately dying at their hands, he had it coming to him.
I have issues with anyone who would financially subsidize regimes like that through vacation travel...whether it was the Soviets, the Cubans, or NK. That doesn't mean NK shouldn't be made to pay.

She's a 62 yo adjunct instructor. It is a shame that the media uses the word "professor" bc she isn't the same as TT profs. She is hired on a course by course basis.

There's no arguing that going to North Korea is foolish, but it's 100% possible the North Korean government just completely made up the poster theft thing out of thin air just as an excuse to kidnap an American (and subsequently torture them to death).
