From the second this story broke leftists went into threat level 11 to weasel out of this being traced back to them.
If some "normie" leftist nurse celebrates this then what do you imagine the offices of the DNC-media complex were doing when this broke? Who dies is completely inconsequential, what matters to the left is the story/narrative that people believe. The facts of the story are irrelevant if they can spin the right story. This is just more of that.
