Fine, then do nothing. I was giving you a government solution that was less intrusive than the one you seem to like. I don’t think the state should do either.
Since you played the “leftism” card, it is a conservative value (actually a classical liberal value) to devolve government as close to the people as possible.

What I wrote was not complicated.
You're arguing like a leftist with the inferior position within the leftist paradigm.
Here is a Reason article from 2016 for you

So because I don’t want government involvement, I’m a leftist.
I’m really confused

You’re a confusing chap. I explained my personal reason for not wanting government legislating this and to you now a leftist.
But then you tell me you advocate for free markets and non government intervention, yet seemingly support this.
Make it make sense

States removing local government from markets is less government in our personal lives.
A higher government authority using its powers to decrease government impact in lower-levels of government results in less government. The only party restrained is...the government. That is a good thing.

You're conflating things and using a strawman

It will if you stop engaging in strawman fallacies and conflation.

Why add stink to a simple question?

Then why not just go a step further and right to the federal government?
This is retarted logic.
