I'm not so sure about that. His Deep State Handlers, yes.

Biden doesn't even know where his front door is anymore.

Thanks for posting. I just came across the article and was glad to see it covered.

One of my favorites...

quote:

“We’re all going through the five stages of grief in cycles and everyone’s nerves are frazzled,” wrote a senior staff software engineer who called Musk an “a**hole,” and tried to console his colleagues. “We’re all spinning our wheels, and coming up with worst case scenarios (Trump returns! No more moderation!). The fact is that [Musk] has not talked about what he’s planning on doing in any detail outside of broad sweeping statements that could be easily seen as hyperbolic showboating.

EDIT:
Some other gems from the article -

quote:

A M*sk-owned Twitter is one of the greatest threats to the 2022 and 2024 elections. We are f*cked if this happens.

quote:

Connor Campbell, a nonbinary front-end engineer, responded directly to Musk on Tuesday defending Twitter’s censorship of the Post for its reporting on Hunter Biden’s laptop shortly before the 2020 presidential election.

“Twitter had a policy about hacked documents. We applied this policy equally,” Campbell claimed. The contents of the laptop were not hacked, as The Washington Post and The Times both acknowledged. Former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey said it was a “total mistake” at a congressional hearing last year.

quote:

“How is this [Ngo] a–hole verified?” asked a senior staff software engineer. Multiple employees used insults to refer to this journalist before conceding that the tweets didn’t violate their rules. They suggested to one another to remove mentions of Twitter employment in their Twitter biographies.

On the other hand, you can bet this individual can't speak up in the office...

quote:

Another software engineer wrote, “I do think it’s obvious that our policies are biased (everyone has a bias) and I would personally like to see more balance. IDK if Musk is the right person to do that but the idea of someone who might be less biased towards the things we are already biased on is something that I like.”

Their (protected) world really is coming to and end.

I can't wait until this movement hits Google and Facebook because it's only a matter of time before it happens.

How do these people say this stuff with a straight face? Everything that was freely discussed on Twitter, like the Russia Hoax, Kavanaugh, Jussie Smollett, etc... all turned out to be fake while black-balled stories like Hunter's laptop, Lab leak, and Trump wire taps were true.

How do you allow yourself to exist in such a thick bubble to believe you have any credibility anymore or think that people trust what you say?

True and True.

A musk-owned Twitter is a huge threat to the 2022 and 24 elections in that the left will not be able to scam and lie their way to a victory like 2020.

And they are f*cked, because once we have a majority again I think some serious investigations will gain traction and a lot of people will be facing the music.

You misspelled "opportunity".

If the GOP can't field a strategy that blows American Chernenko and his "govern by social media" handlers out of the water, then it's time for a new political party.

This should be a breakaway layup, punctuated with a tomahawk jam.

What makes you think it will hit Facebook and google?

I hope you are right.

It’s insanity that these people are so deranged they think any other opinions but their own is harmful. That in and of itself is dangerous.

Since you asked, here is my reasoning...

Obviously Elon or some other billionaire is not going to change their direction with a buyout.

However, Twitter, the smallest of the majors, has a disproportionate influence on the social fabric. It is used and quoted considerably more often in politics, business, government and entertainment industries and is the defacto communication standard today.

In other words... Google and Facebook will have to compete with Twitter; and that dam has been breached.

If the 'Covid-misinformation' ban is removed, other voices and viewpoints will flock to Twitter to tell their stories. Remember those MD's who were banned from YouTube and Facebook?

And if Elon does free-up speech (all but removing moderation review panels), the platform will grow from the echo chamber it currently is. Someone started a thread yesterday [joking or not] - stating that Elon would have Twitter be used for national elections... I wouldn't discount it. Twitter has the potential to become so important to society, that it can't be allowed to fail, at any cost.

Google and Facebook will alter their policies, not officially at first (because they want to save face, test the waters, avoid backlash, etc.) but eventually they will. The same 'ban' mentioned above will be dropped quitely, without fanfare. Facebook moderation panels will be removed or replaced by algorithyms or AI, they will say. But it won't matter, the blatent liberal bias may someday just disappear.

This will be a great day for society in general, though many LGBTQRSTUVWXY'z will frown and talk about the good old days, when they could get their feeling's infringed upon... and have someone banned from their 'preferred' platform.

Is there any better admission to their cheating than this?

I really am amazed at how this has gone unnoticed.

Saying only women can have babies is an example of what they see as "amplifying harmful things". What they really want is just another DU.

The quoted voice of "reason" is suffering from cognitive dissonance.

Bias: prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair.
