There’s no one in the KY GOP basket of options that aren’t in some way connected to the most powerful Republican in the states history that was in the senate for 40 years.
How about we stop knee jerk emotional reactions and just evaluate his replacement on how they vote?

Meh…I admit Beshear is the benefactor of name and circumstance, but he was not unbeatable.
The Cameron campaign was just inept. He posed no threat whatsoever. The guy is just not a strong candidate. I don’t really believe Barr would be all that strong off the bat, but I would support him over Cameron.
