Now, the argument that Iran will be "meaner" or "stronger" after this is pure fantasy. But that's a different spectrum.

We do realize that. which is why
1) we tore up the POS deal Obama signed that was worth nothing despite deathbydrivels love of it.
2) we just bombed the shite out of everything they can use to wage war, hold countries hostage, or foment terror in the region and in the world
3) we provided their citizenry an opportunity to step up and replace them with a govt that doesn't lie about everything so they can join the civilzed world of opportunity.
4) we will verify anything they agree to and/or go back in and bomb the shite out of then again. At least until another Biden/Obama pussy who doesn't understand what you said takes office again.
BTW. "they" gambled and about 4 layers of "their" top management who used to make a deal and not give two shits about it are hanging with virgins right now.

The goal was never taking the straight from them. Trump wants the regime out of control and to stop making weapons of mass destruction. None of this would have happened if they didn’t kill 30k of their own people.

And this is a victory how? Iran will not change, if anything they will tighten the noose. Trumpers will declare victory of course. But most of the sane world will view it as it really is. Trump made a mistake, bit off more than he could chew and things went wrong. The economy is tanking and mid-terms are a disaster. He will be impeached again and he knows it.

Yeah. We failed our main objective (meaningful regime change) and Iran now has control of the Strait as well. Total and complete disaster.
