Yet what Tulsi does have in common with Trump on non-intervention is the wellspring of the current crisis: whether Team Red or Team Blue controls the Imperial Killing Machine.

And FRICK the GOP.

The hallmark of Trump's presidency has been MAGA. You cannot MAGA if we're spending resources and lives to police the world. It's also the precise reason why we're hated by most of the world. The nonsense about Trump "reducing our standing in the world" is a complete lie. People like Joe Biden have done everything they can to reduce our standing in the world by supporting a hyperinterventionist foreign policy that kills the children of working and middle class Americans and enriches men like Joe Biden. This is a winning issue for him to tout. Force Biden to go full neocon and he'll turn off some Bernie bots in swing states.

She has more "republican" and conservative values than some of the people who ARE actively part of the GOP in Congress.

If Biden had half a brain he would have chosen Tulsi.

Is there a politician that still crusades against weed? I don't smoke but I've never understood the hate for it.

Tulsi has already said she’d support Biden. Don’t fall for this garbage.

She threw Hillary and the DNC under the bus already

I think we know why they hate her.

quote:

Democratic National Committee
On January 22, 2013, Gabbard was unanimously elected to a four-year term as vice chair of the Democratic National Committee.[140] In September 2015 she criticized chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz's decision to hold only six debates during the 2016 Democratic Party presidential primaries, compared with 26 in 2008 and 15 in 2004,[141][142] and to exclude from all future DNC-sanctioned debates any candidate who participated in a non-DNC sanctioned debate. Gabbard released a statement about the debate controversy in a Facebook post in 2015:[143][144]

Following her public criticisms of the debate process, Gabbard was reported to have been either "disinvited" or asked to "consider not coming" to the October 13, 2015 Democratic debate in Las Vegas.[145] In an interview with The New York Times, she spoke of an unhealthy atmosphere, saying, "no one told me I would be relinquishing my freedom of speech and checking it at the door" in taking the job.[146] Gabbard privately wrote to Wasserman Schultz, accusing her of violating the DNC's duty of neutrality by favoring Hillary Clinton. This letter later became public in leaked emails published by WikiLeaks.[147][148]

Gabbard resigned as DNC vice chair on February 28, 2016, in order to endorse Senator Bernie Sanders for the nomination for President of the United States.[149][150] She was the first congresswoman to endorse Sanders[150] and later gave the nominating speech putting his name forward at the 2016 Democratic National Convention.[151]

In July 2016, Gabbard launched a petition to end the Democratic Party's process of appointing superdelegates in the nomination process.[152] [b]She endorsed Keith Ellison for DNC chair in the 2017 chairmanship elections

Keith Ellison part is not working out so well.

Yeah she has a lot of the same beliefs as the establishment but like Trump she doesn't owe anybody and isn't blackmailed by anybody. That automatically makes her better than the rest.

I got downvoted to hell for making a joke ans bringing up Tulsi earlier about how Kamal is scared of her, it’s amazing to see the difference and that this one is at 163 upvotes.

She doesn't. What appeared to be sanity was the natural affect of standing next to sixteen ultra nuts during the debates.

Tulsi is a snake.

I agree at the end of the day she is still a progressive, but she is less hypocritical than the field.
