Let me educate you then on the term. Gaslighting is relentlessly trying to make people believe lies through manipulation and presentation of half truths. This guy repeats the "Trump adds 7trillion in debt" with no disclaimer because he wants people to believe that Trump added that much to the debt in the same way Bush added X amount to debt and Biden added X amount to debt. This is so that he can paint Trump as a wild spender...even though Trump had these Omnibus bills forced down his throat by capitulations of his own party. It also doesnt recognize that The Government had to pay for everyone's living expenses and had to pay to keep businesses afloat when the States illegally forced their citizens into house arrest for a substantial amount of time.
This guy is an intellectually dishonest loser who absolutely is gaslighting.

Because RDS has a record to run on, and has the message discipline not to go off on wild tangents, and attack potential allies over imaginary slights. Trump will motivate people to vote against him. DeSantis won’t.
You cannot imagine how much Trump is disliked not by just Democrats, but independents. As it is now, Biden still has a shot at beating Trump. He won’t debate, and he can point to Trump sitting out the debates in the Primary as an excuse. He’ll just say, the American people know what Trump is, I don’t need to get on the stage and give him any attention.
Any Democrat who can pull off the reasonable look will blow Trump out of the water.
ETA Biden won’t be the nominee.

RDS votes go to Trump, and Trump votes go to RDS. There are enough moderates in the US who will vote for a Republican candidate. A lot of them did just that in ‘16.
If you have a candidate with a record to run on, and who isn’t distracted by his enemies or the media, they can win.
Believe it or not, there are a lot of Democrats(moderates) who are scared of what is going on culturally-that’s why Youngkin won in VA, and they will not vote for people who think that it’s ok to talk to their kids about gay sex, or trying to trans them.
