Uh..yeah. That's why government is shifting from the WOD to "Trafficking" as drugs are legalized, as a focus of CAF.
We have decades of data relating to prostitution, just like drugs. Investigation and enforcement has largely been similar, too.
I work in this field and see the investigation techniques and systemic failures (and encroachment into our lives).
These aren't the only 2 crimes treated this way, but the number who are is still, again, less than "any".
Would you prefer me to list crimes not treated similarly? How many would satisfy you to get below the "any" threshold? 1? 2? 5? 10? 100 (I probably won't actually do this many)?

The fact that you believe all of us haven’t seen these tactics a thousands times is hilarious. For someone who always thinks he’s the smartest person in the room to be so dumb and to even play dumb yet think it’s effective is a sign you’re probably a sociopath.

Domestic sex trafficking is almost exclusively prostitution.
The same behavior we called "prostitution" for decades is now "Trafficking". The government is changing how we use words and how behaviors are grouped as crimes intentionally.
The "force" element in trafficking that is often presumed is now based on age. In LA, it's not even 18 (it's 21). So any pimp who has a prostitute under 21 is engaging in "human trafficking", even if no actual force, threats, etc. are used.
