I guess the most troubling, suspicious element of any of this is the extreme to which powerful people/organizations are willing to go to deflect, excuse, or deny assertions which should be of concern.
E.g., Epstein/Maxwell jailed for trafficking underage girls to .... no one.
Does the complete lack of media curiosity about that fact not surprise you?
