It's cute how liberals think that if it never shows up on CNN, that it isn't out there.
Dude has been a LONG TIME activist who routinely bragged on his blog about agitating and techniques to avoid being arrested while doing it.

FYI-There is at least one video of protesters calling him out for starting trouble moments before the incident. On the audio you can hear the protesters are mad at him specifically because he’s saying he’s going to escalate things.
And then there are other reports that are more ambiguous about what he was trying to do ( radio scan stuff) and whether he faked with props the extent of his injuries.

There are theories floating around that Gugino is using his cell phone to scan police communications in order to black out the equipment...or something to that effect, and if you watch the video, that appears to be EXACTLY what he is doing.

I agree. Had a nice fight with my wife over this on friday.
