The agency eased a regulation banning low-fat chocolate milk, as well as a regulation requiring that only whole grain food would be served in schools. The initial rules only allowed fat-free chocolate milk and forced schools to obtain a special waiver to serve refined grain foods.

This is a huge deal. The thing I don't understand is how Trump can do this....like.... Legally?!
I mean, lame duck session, congress hates him, and the Supreme Court sux dix man. Is there funding available for this? Soros must be livid btw

It makes sense that these rules are being rolled back, because nutrition is far from an exact science.
We know now that previously banned items like chocolate and whole milk have nutritional benefits not found in their "healthy" counterparts.
