SCOTUS gave Trump a nice 2 week window by taking out effectuate and failing to define facilitate. Now the Dems can go all in on this POS and if they force trump to bring him back to deport him, trump still wins and scored political points with the incredibly horrible optics the democrats just created for themselves. This whole charade is hilarious.

So his argument in court (years ago ) to not go back to El Salvador was that RIVAL gangs would kill him. Yet people still say he isn't a member of MS13 after he argued in court that he was.
