If Vindman got such a bad OER then why is he still Selected to be an in-residence student at the War College? He should be removed from the selection list.

I have always wondered why Ukraine asked Vindeman to be their secretary of defense, not just once but 3 times. Wouldn’t Ukraine have to strongly believe that Vindeman’s loyalty was with Ukraine to make that offer 3 times?
It’s as if Vindeman told them I can do more for Ukraine working in the American military than I can working directly for you, or why not both.

If I didn't know any better it is almost like making connections with decision makers is more important than qualifications.
