Good move. About time.
Looks to me like Trump made all those promises on the campaign trail, then came into office and thought he could use a subtle approach and get things done via the mandate of the people from the ballot box. Dems dug in their heels and Republicans caved as usual and failed to support Trump.
Now Trump is going by his rules and forcing the issue.
He's going at the Dems with multiple forms of contact on multiple fronts and staying inside their decision cycle.
Let's hope this continues. He may outright destroy the DNC and force a complete overhaul of the RNC, and more.

I heard one of them on CNN the other day holding this against Trump because he hasn't done it yet like he promised.
That was one example along with a short list of others the "guest" was sweating on him about of broken promises.
