These are not immigrants, they are foreign nationals with work visa's, kinda big difference.

Importing foreign labor and not paying market rates is certainly not a free market concept when it allows one to avoid the FedGov mandated baked in expenses on hiring US citizens.
For example H-1B holders are not required to be covered by the ACA, ever wonder how much money these great liberal companies such as Disney have saved by not providing the health care they would have to do for US residents?
that alone saves them tens of millions per year, this is why they fund the DNC.

These are legal tax paying workers that should be allowed to work BUT should not be eligible for welfare.
