The big tech companies are the biggest Dem donors and they save billions this way, not only are the outsourced workers much cheaper they give the companies leverage to keep salaries of Americans depressed.
It is a quid pro quo, you save us billions we donate millions and the taxpayers foot the bill.

And for all the bullshite about being a humanitarian, the indian worker is an indentured servant. The company owns the visa and they work the dogshit out of the people for below industry wages and there is not squat the poor person can do, if they want to leave for another company they pull their visa and send them home.

You mean they were unable to hire people for below market rate.
Americans will do any job for the right money, just not for the rate a corporate bean counter thinks it should be done to prop up shareholder value.

Surprised Trump didn’t stop this BS long ago. These companies were lobbying Congress under the guise of not having enough STEM workers so they could pay an Indian, Chinese or Malaysian a fraction of the salary of a US born STEM worker. Thank God Trump gets it!

Look how much cash Solar city, Tesla, Solyndra etc pumped into the DNC, voila, you now have tax credits.
Next step in this saga is a phaseout of H-1 and L-1 visa's, the holders can either apply for and be granted residence or GTFO and close the books on this travesty.
If we are going to accept immigrants these are the types we should accept not invading hordes.
