This isn’t going to go the way they thu run Nita going to go. Falsification of business records isn’t even a felony in NY. This whole thing is a clown show and we are being laughed at by the world.

Kinda tells me all that I need to know. To think there is 0 chance tells me you have Trump blinders on. Take his Johnson out if your mouth and attempt some objectivity.

Am interested in hearing the actual charges today. Trump should fight them but if he does go back to Mar a Lago and incite some stuff there should be swift consequences. I cannot see him keeping his mouth shut through out the legal process

Define “incite.”

Using the Cousin Vinny “Everything that guy just said is bullshite” opening statement would be true.

You didn’t answer my question, rather, you engaged in an ad hominem.

Typical — empty vessels usually make the most noise. Of that, you are proof positive.

It can be, though, per the law.

The Feds have already looked at this and passed. What does Bragg have access to that they didn’t?

A different criminal statute.

Serious question and curious, but what about the NY AG going back to Andy Cuomo and Eliot Spitzer, have they ever tried to go after someone on a potential FEC beef?

I just want to know how a state DA is going to prosecute what he has described as federal election law violations...
