Trump can run as the VP and Vance or whomever can step down and let him take the reigns.

The 22nd literally says you cannot be elected President more than 2x. There is nothing about taking the office of POTUS a 3rd time from succession:

The 12th was referring to age, citizenship etc, not term limits. It would go to the SC, where the conservative majority would not dare to strike it down. Even if it were a liberal court, they wouldn't dare overturn an election. It would cause a civil war
