Did Obama impose tariffs without Congressional approval?
Biden?
Bass, you do know that judges can only rule in cases that are submitted to them, right? Did anyone file suit against Obama or Biden tariffs?
I will try to look up now....

Tell it to the judge baw. The Trump appointed one who was a part of this unanimous panel.
This will shake out and you will disappear to wherever you have been.

So it’s only a problem when Trump does it then

You. You voted for the President who appointed them and the Congress that confirmed them. You gave that decision making over to those people.

I am very familiar with the court and the Judicial Branch doesn’t have the authority to strike down every decision they disagree with. That’s not a thing just because you agree with it

Courts can only rule on cases brought before them. If Obama imposed tariffs illegally, but no one sued, there wouldn't have been a "case or controversy" to adjudicate.

Will fall on deaf ears here. Any Trump L must be wrong for most on this board.

Let me in on the joke. Why is this funny? Do you seriously not understand how courts work?

Every country can’t put 500% tariffs on the U.S.
And America can’t respond because the judge says so

He did the same shite in his first term. He tries to declare emergencies to obtain powers he would not otherwise have. Of course the courts are going to step in and maintain the separation of powers.

Well that settles it then! Judges should be sworn in tomorrow as Presidents

Presidential Safeguard Action on Tires from China: In September 2009, President Obama directed the imposition for three years of additional tariffs to stop a harmful surge of imports of Chinese tires for passenger cars and light trucks. The surge caused production of U.S. tires to drop, domestic tire plants to close, and Americans to lose their jobs. Acting on behalf of American manufacturers and workers, President Obama invoked a law that had never before been used to give the United States the right under WTO rules to address harm caused by imports from China. USTR successfully defended China’s WTO challenge to the President’s action, resulting in WTO findings that rejected China’s challenge in its entirety.

So that means all the trade deals he negotiates are invalid?
