Have not read the entire thread.
I'm not a Trumper, but I respect the hell out of him for attending and taking questions in a hostile environment.
You want to be POTUS? Talk to all Americans, even those who probably won't vote for you.
And if he says things that undermine his campaign, so be it. He put himself and his ideas out there. Don't like them, vote for someone else.
That's how this is supposed to work.

He didn’t do himself any favors in that interview. It’s the worse he’s ever appeared on an interview, and if he loses the election, he can go back to this day as when his presidential hopes started going downhill.

Trump literally condemned neo-nazis and white nationalists. The media cut it from his speech and ran for years with the narrative he never condemned them. It does not matter what Trump says. They will lie about it.
You want Trump to be the typical GOPe politician that is so scared of being labeled by the media. I don't understand how people still fail to realize that part of Trump's appeal is that he is not your typical politician.
The media is going to do what they do. Trump can't go around walking on eggshells when the media is going to lie anyways. If Trump were to change, he would be giving power to the dying legacy media. Instead, he is able to expose the media when these clips circulate on the internet.
