Will always be grateful for him being the troop's President.

What does 'direct line' mean in this context? Less red tape?

Definitely a well thought out, detailed plan, run by another Fox News employee. Sigh

JUST NOW!
This is not a new EO, nor is anything about it "BREAKING!".
Eric is the worst of the hacks.

Sign an executive order nullifying the TriWest Health Alliance contract for breach of contract for being so fricking horrible. Their use of Ai and clueless employees have tanked an already difficult referral process. A lot of military members blame the providers and hospitals but don’t realize that they aren’t the source of the problems.
Instead of a direct line, DHA should look into their clusterfrick and maybe the DOJ can see who got rich because of being awarded the $60B+ contract.

IIRC, there was a lawsuit against the awarding of the contract to them because they did not have the infrastructure (electronically and otherwise) nor the ability to perform the requirements needed to fulfill the contract.
A judge ruled for their contract and when they went live, they required help from the TriEast contract holder to fill in the gaps, they couldn't integrate with the doctors in the system, and were giving blanket approvals for referrals for a year or more.
Complete chaos and zero accountability for their failures...they got those fed $$s though.
