I agree as well. It could work if they did it by surprise, but I doubt it would be allowed.

Just to make him look bad, they have utterly destroyed large parts of Chicago, Minneapolis, Portland, Atlanta etc.

I would never wish for this, but if it did you can vet the GOP would have veto proof majorities and Pence would win at least 45 states.
