That’s almost as dumb as arguing that Chicken should be prosecuted for allowing the Poli Board to exist.
We all know that there is an extremely small number of complete whackos that get exposed to radical chat and convince themselves that they should do something radical and violent. Blaming an individual person for the actions of the insane is almost as crazy as the act itself.

This tells me that they have nothing on him from Mar A Lago. There is no need to prosecute him like a mob boss if they got the goods from the raid. This is their next weak attempt at trying to get him.
