This is still tiresome - 10y rates and 2y rates peaked in late 2023, and inflation breakeven rates had plateaued to where they’ve spent the majority of the last 25 years. Was it too much with the benefit of hindsight? Sure, that’s fine, but it was a reasonable thing to do given the situation.
