You tell me Biden knew about every single autopen signature and I don't mean that he understood, that he understood they happened.

He’d proudly vote for Biden today. Of course that retard thinks Biden knew what was going on

Not when a subordinate is electronically signing it without your knowledge. The guy has Stage 6 dementia. Severe cognitive decline, requiring extensive assistance for all activities.
The guy could not dress himself. I'm not mocking him. It's just the harsh reality of an unforgiving disease.

Y'all can discuss that one to your hearts' content. We can speculate about Biden's (limited) competence, especially at the end of his term, but it just isn't all that interesting because nothing substantive will come from this Trumpian proclamation.

You're competing with Vox for biggest retard in this thread with that comment, and that's saying a lot considering the idiocy he's posted

Your issue is that the burden is going to be on you to prove this, and without Biden testifying to it, it's going to be VERY difficult...effectively proving a negative (he did not have the cognitive ability)

The Bush DOJ settled this 20 years ago.
'The President need not personally perform the physical act of affixing his signature to a bill he approves and decides to sign in order for the bill to become law. Rather, the President may sign a bill within the meaning of Article I, Section 7 by directing a subordinate to affix the President’s signature to such a bill, for example by autopen.'

We already have Congressional testimony by his own staff establishing this.
Try again

You and your alters are frantically trying to defend the autopen
How shocking.

He can’t revoke Hunter’s pardon but hopefully all of the autopen pardons get revoked and upheld.
Don’t get your hopes up; they won’t be. The burden of proof is on Trump, not Biden, and it is almost impossible to prove that Biden didn’t verbally approve an auto-pen signature.

There is not any solid testimony to establish he had no idea what was going on, and he's come back and stated he approved it all.
Just look at the stupidity in how they spun it in their Congerssional report
That, uh, ain't how it works. They're flipping the burden. Why? Because they know they can't come close to meeting their burden.
....and we go literally back to the point I made (that you quoted).
They are conflating the easy story (Biden having cognitive decline, which we all agree on) with the hard allegation (Biden's cognitive decline was so great in the instance of each autopen usage that the validity of the authorization is in question). Lots of bait and switch going on without any real proof of the hard allegation.
Basically, they're arguing "See? He had cognitive decline, generally. Now HE has to prove each act he did was valid."
When in reality, they would have to go through each act and prove the incompetence and lack of later concurrence on every. single. action.

quote:
“Barring evidence of executive actions taken during the Biden presidency showing that President Biden indeed took a particular executive action, the committee deems those actions taken through use of the autopen as void,” the report says.

That gobbledygook is not ‘settled’ law; only the Supremes can adjudicate such questions.
But thank you for letting us know you do not understand how our government actually works…

Isn't there a report saying they could not charge Biden criminally because he was too incompetent to stand trial
