As a journalism student, I think it is a shame that WAPO and other news outlets continuously use unnamed sources in their stories.
Of course, you dolts lap the MSM info up without question, so I'm not all that surprised.

Have you taken a political journalism history class yet? It's been going on for decades. You might have heard of Watergate which was largely broken by a couple of reporters doggedly chasing a story via unnamed sources.

Well later in the article it states that Senior White Officials had to scramble to do damage control, contacting the CIA. I doubt the actual info that was talked about was revealed, just that it was highly classified. But I don't know.
