Non responsive. Are there prices of 5,6,7, and even 8 dollars a gallon out there. Yes or no.
And if Biden said there are prices of 3,4,5, and 6 and there was 3 dollar a gallon of gas out there it is a factual statement.

Also there are a lot of articles from summer 2022 about the same gas station in Mendocino that had the most expensive gas in the state, because:
(Mendocino, CA) — It’ll cost you close to ten-dollars a gallon to fill your tank in the town of Mendocino on California’s north coast. The Chevron was charging nine-60 for regular on Friday. That’s more than three times the Triple-A statewide average, which is six-34 this morning. Gas Buddy analyst Patrick De Haan says it’s “without much doubt” the most expensive gas in the country. It’s also the only gas station in Mendocino. Station owner Judy Schlafer tells the Chronicle she’d be out of business if she didn’t charge that much. Schlafer complains about fees and regulations and says Mendocino might not have any gas station next year.

That's not what I supposed and isn't similar to what trump said. Trump did no say there are prices....He said the price of gas is. It's more of your bad faith - trying to twist the quote so you can claim that bc there exists one single station that meets that price then the statement is true. So absurd.
