I don't understand why Trump is attacking Maher. Maher is probably the most generous liberal on TV to Trump, the fairest. Liberal, and critical, but fair and honest. Gives Trump credit where it is due. No other liberal even tries to give Trump a fair shake. Maher caught a lot of shite from the left for having the audacity to say he liked Trump when they had dinner with Kid Rock.
