Maybe it would be easier to differentiate if he didn't use the same platform to proclaim his hate for pop singers.

What is incorrect about the statement, "Ukraine doesn’t want to give up any land"???

That is not Correct. Russia already controls more than 80% of the 4 oblast. Ukraine is losing those regardless if they continue to fight or not.

Russia wants more than the 4 oblasts and Ukraine doesn’t want to give up anything. I agree that they will lose regardless. Continuing to fight delays the inevitable.

Where did you see they wanted more than the 4 oblast? I read that they wanted the 4 oblast and Crimea recognized as Russian Territory but if Ukraine didn't agree to that the 4 oblast would turn into 8. Correct me if I am wrong. This tweet from a Ukraine Blogger had that quote from Witkoff via Reuters

At this point without a peace deal being reached soon this could turn into a no win situation for Ukraine and Russia. With continued US support (which now seems like that is going to happen) Ukraine could potentially drag this out for years.

I mean it could potentially ruin the Russian military as a significant fighting force in the world for at least several years. The city of Bakhmut fell on May 2023 after months of fighting. Since then the front line in that sector has advanced to the city of chasiv yar. In 2 years that's only an advance of around 10 miles.

Ukraine Badly needs a break to fix their severe manpower issues. More Weapons does not fix Manpower issues. If this War continues, Ukraine will lose more territory. JD Vance recognizes this and has been saying it. The bottom line is this. Trump went from telling Zelensky he has no cards and he was going to have to make concessions to now totally ignoring that Zelensky told him to frick off and he was not giving up territory he has already lost. For whatever reason, Trump caved to Zelensky. It is what it is. Ironically like I said, this is the worst case scenario for Ukraine. Unless we send American Troops into Ukraine, more weapons is not going to magically turn this situation around for Ukraine like JD Vance says in this video

Do you know how a War of Attrition works? The same thing happened to Germany in WWI. Lines barely moved, until they didn't. Russia has been increasing the size of their military since 2022, they are not having problems with manpower. That is why you don't see videos of them kidnapping citizens in vans like Ukraine.

I don’t think Putin is going to be persuaded by this tough guy on social media post.

By this point it is fairly obvious what is going to happen, and Trump seems to be offering Putin a last chance at preventing it.

Trump is going to double down on support for Ukraine, and there will be a big escalation, not only in support for Ukraine, but in tactics that Ukraine is permitted to employ. Russia will face hell this summer in the hopes that Putin will crack and come to the table.

The only thing Putin understands is strength. He is about to experience it. He should come to the table ASAP and settle the matter.

He had somehow convinced Trump that Putin himself wanted peace, and that Nazis in Ukraine were to blame…

Why such far fetched ideas were so easily accepted remains a mystery.

They are widely accepted on this board.
