I would feel exactly as Trump feels. Some stupid mf trying to bring charges against me over something that was finished, had been reviewed by 2 other proscecuting bodies that didn't push it, AND statute of limitations had expired!! Bragg's actions represent everything going wrong with our countries politcal process. Maybe he needs some sense beat into his head.

The issue here is that a judge can or may look at this as a threat or an attempt to intimidate a prosecutor. That could have disastrous consequences if and when Trump is charged and arrested.
That's the real world.
What I object to is not Trump's re-posting of someone else's meme - it's that prosecutors routinely threaten and intimidate defendants without any due process or adjudication of guilt, so why are they the ones that get protected? This, to me, is blatantly unconstitutional and creates a class of victims and a class of people that get special treatment under the law, which is at the very least a violation of the 14th amendment.
If prosecutors want this type of protection, then defendants and even those simply under investigation should get the same protection.
That's the real world.

The ironic part of your assertion is that given recent events, Trump has been proven exactly correct to have been highly skeptical of Zelensky’s sincerity and reliability insisting on a cleanly run operation as leader of that country. Do you think Zelensky is a forthright person in terms of flushing out corruption??
