Where do you think she will be eating breakfast in the morning? I bet she keeps it simple and goes to Waffle House.

Of course you would laugh about that. RogerTheQueefer is chief among paid posters. Maybe outside of SFP. But let's not kid ourselves, nobody is as committed to the fraud as is the retard who has made half a million posts.

Uh huh. Yet here you are insisting she remain unjustly incarcerated.

I am just telling you what reality is here. I don't WANT 2 plus 2 to equal 4, but it does.

Seems like I wouldn't have to tell another conservative, but our federal government can only exercise those powers given to it in the Constitution. Under Article II the President can pardon only FEDERAL crimes.

The supremacy clause means only that when federal and state law conflict, federal law controls. Peters being a WITNESS in a federal case doesn't involve any conflict between state and federal law.

THAT could be done! Still no effect on her status under Colorado law.

Is she being pardoned or is she not?

Not for anything that matters. I suppose the President could actually sign a pardon for any hypothetical federal crimes she might have committed. She hasn't been charged with any federal crimes.

The only leverage would be to threaten the Governor of Colorado for consequences of his not pardoning Peters.

The liberals don't care about the law or Constitution and they haven't for decades. None have been held accountable for their crimes. But yet you demand conservatives still abide by the rules while they have been locked up or worse. I have no more fukcs to give and I hope Trump sends a tactical unit to fetch her with a quickness. Bring as many body bags as necessary for anyone that dares get in the way.

Shut the frick up.
Which makes cheering on executive power creep even more mind boggling.

Wait a second, are you too claiming to be a constitutional expert? You wouldn't happen to be a "libertarian lawyer" would you?
The fact that you think it takes a 'constitutional expert' to understand the most basic powers granted to federal government, much less to the executive specifically, is one of the saddest fricking things I've read here in a while. But totally unsurprising at the same time.
