This can be said of nearly every US city these days. So what's all purposeful negligence and now military overreach really all about?
Local police will not enforce the laws in the area around the federal building that is being targeted. That is the ONLY reason the military was forced into doing the job tasked by the local gov't.
The agents are out numbered and threatened with violence every day there. NOT in every US city as you claim.
