I suspect that the problem is three or four fold.
1 - Thus far Trump, because of Thune, has had a hard time getting district prosecutors and judges confirmed. There's been a lot of deep state interference.
2 - Bondi and team are overwhelmed. Literally 58k+ new cases (last I read) just since Bondi was confirmed, not counting the mess Garland left behind. Federal criminal immigration cases, most wanted fugitive cases, criminal assault cases, voter fraud cases, plus the Alynna Habba bullshite, among others including Tishi James and Fanni Willis, now Brennan and Comey, et al.
3 - Activist judges blocking every attempt to bring justice means they're having to strategize very carefully.
4 - Midterms timing. But in this case of these billionaires, they are the most difficult ... they have cronies under every rock. You can't just spit in the wind or throw darts at the wall.
