Someone needs to make up captions for what they're saying.
Cool story time: I briefly met the lady he's talking to. Dalia Grybauskaite, the president of Lithuania. Did a brief tour in Lithuania as part of OAR a few years back and she visited the base we were staying at. We were in the clinic when she stopped by. When she saw us, she stopped in her tracks and asked if we were sick. I explained that we were actually medics, and we'd be happy to show her around. She said, "No, I'm good" and walked off with her posse.
