Yes you are. And rattled. And triggered. And melting. Gonna be a long time until you see your alternative energy come to fruition. You may never see it.

I've made plenty of money in the oil and gas sector. One that you obviously know nothing about from your ignorant remarks in this thread.

Have you ever worked in the oil and gas industry? I worked on teams that have helped build some of the largest deepwater platforms in the world and I've been offshore with them to see them come online.

I know you know nothing about the topic from your comments.

I have a PETE degree and know that oil is processed in a refinery and NG is processed in the field or at a natural gas processing plant!

And yes for about ten years before I started my company.

If enough oil baws move out there to drill maybe we can balance Cali out a little bit politically

Your response was that they have refineries there. His point was more about transporting it. Seems pretty obvious.

Then why did he say “and processed?” That’s the only point I brought up.

IMO, whenever possible, individual states should decide this issue. Too many support federalism when it agrees...

This is going to Court and the states will eventually lose.

Do you think that crude oil arrives at refineries with no prior processing? Because forgive me for making assumptions but your comment seemed to indicate that.

It’s normally separated at the surface depending on the completion system. but use google it’s your friend.

Production sites often handle crude oil from more than one well. Oil is nearly always processed at a refinery; natural gas may be processed to remove impurities either in the field or at a natural gas processing plant.
