Trump Media Ban Sounds Like It Will Get Paused by Court. ETA: Judge grants TRO

At today's hearing, the Trump-appointed judge said that it looked like the ban didn't allow the media companies to contest Trump's decision. Seems like just a speed bump that can be easily cured.

Trump had to know because the same thing happened to him in 2018. There's a process to remove the press. He just doesn't want to do it that way.

Because he shouldn't have to.
If I invite someone into my home and then decide they have to leave because I don't want them there, I don't have to give them "due process." They are their at my invitation which is subject to recall at my whim. To state otherwise is to say they have a vested right to be in my house once I let them in.

Yes. This isn't an earth-shattering decision from a leftist judge. It's pretty standard...and easily corrected by the Trump Administration if they want to follow through.

While true, that still doesn't minimize the audacity of a court telling the POTUS he can't control who and who does not come into the fricking White House without providing "due process."
