I'm not a prosecutor but there's plenty of conspiracy charges they can take to a jury trial.
This would likely be disposed of long prior to trial.

Your idea of conspiracy and the prosecutorial team in florida, I imagine, is different .
I'm looking at this objectively and rationally. That's why.

Great decision.....this one will be good to follow now!

So you think that the DoJ and the people who took the case there just like covered their eyes and threw a dart at a map of the US or what?
These same retards enacted tariffs using a law that didn't contain the word tariff.
Any frickup, no matter how insane, is possible.

I don't know, man. Somewhere along the line, people decided Mar-A-Lago was a smash and grab to get certain documents back. I think that's fantasy land and I don't believe even Solomon ever reported anything to that effect -- and I take him with a grain of salt, too.

The theory is that the timeframe (2022), didn’t end the conspiracy as Mueller’s actions were unlawful and there were continued acrions by conspirators, culminating in the raid that then continues the SOL.

Keep telling yourself that. And when Brennan is thrown in jail it will be posts like these here that you will deny ever having made knowing nobody is going to look through the 30,000 posts you'll make between now and then to prove it. You'll say, "I always said that the perjury charge was viable" and you'll leave it at that.

Mueller was appointed by Trump's admin.
Unless Jeff Sessions is part of the conspiracy, explain how this works.

And if he's not, do you promise not to blame any conspiracies or the "Deep State" or ""globalists" or DEM operatives or anything else and just admit the admin was wrong?

Sessions was recused - perhaps he was.
(it was Rosenstein, also a Trump appointee, so you're right).

I’m just explaining what is “out there”. As I said last night, I don’t foresee a future where Comey, Brennan, or Obama ever see a second of jail time. Not only did Trump’s win in the SCOTUS basically guarantee this, I think we all know certain positions within our government are not prosecutable.

If Trump leaves office without all of these criminals thrown in prison yes, I will blame Trump himself. He has crossed the rubicon and must see this through or we are in a lot of damn trouble. All of us.

I'm not. I'm 100% confident he will succeed.

This is the black pill I’ve had for a long time. I don’t see it happening. While things are happening, I don’t think it’s going to be the cataclysmic event people have been predicting.

You should hope his admin moves the Brennan case to DC

I trust they know exactly what they're doing.

Obama, never. Even though he directed the daily brief get buried and a new ICA in "record" time for January. Brennan even briefed him on the "dossier in summer 2016 and what clinton was up to.
CIA and FBI?
Hopefully we get to find that part out.

Obama is 100% immune as this was an executive function.
There is an argument anyone following his orders is also immune, but that is theoretical just like the Presidential immunity was prior to Trump's prosecution.

Name some that have not been proven right.

How does this work? Who determines what's an executive function and what's not, and is there any limitation to that immunity?
