The Democrats created boogeymen in order to GET FEDERAL FUNDING to combat these self-created problems. In other words, we the taxpayers are paying the Democrats to fix problems the Democrats created. This event is a good example of just that. If you need more examples, just take a look at what Elon uncovered with NGOs.
