Remember Trump had the greatest all time economy on cruise control prior to the covid disaster.
How did he build that economy? What actions did he take last time to help boost the economy?

Debt and cheap credit.
Yet in 2019, he was begging for help again, before the pandemic.

Trump appointed the liberal hack.

Why would anyone take you seriously and not Trump? Or Elon?
I really hope nobody in the electorate would take me seriously when I speak about Jerome Powell, Elon Musk, or anyone really. If I were to ever find myself in a position where there were millions of people looking at me for direction, I'd be a bit more careful with my words.
Also, I don't understand this thing that people on this board do, where they assume the position the person making a statement takes is exactly antithetical to the statement's position. I never said I should be taken seriously
I'm not to be taken seriously when critiquing the chair of the federal reserve because I don't have the requisite experience. I can say things like loser and shithead and know that I'm voicing my opinion. I know this is nuts, but the President of the USA is held to a higher standard than an anonymous person with an old picture of Alvin Kamara as his avatar. I don't think it's unreasonable to not take the president seriously when he can't hold his tongue and then calls the Federal Reserve Chairman a loser in front of everyone.

No one takes you seriously, no worries.
People like Trump, Elon, are in their positions for a reason.
And you are where you are for a reason.

Well, Navarro and Musk don't take each other seriously. So which of them are we supposed to take seriously this week? Musk says Navarro is a moron...his words, not ours.

I could be wrong but he's not really following that blueprint again it seems? He's got work to do to keep current tax cut in place. Oil stuff I'm assuming was in the barrage of executive orders he did but oil production under Biden didn't drop off so not sure if that's an issue like it was.
Although if we want to pay off the debt or at least cut our deficit I'm not sure the answers are there in his ideal economy from his last tenure

Just because I disagree with President Trump on some things doesn't mean I oppose him.
But you blindly believe in and follow his every action as if it's handed down from God even when it's obvious you don't even understand the very thing you believe. It truly is cult worship. And you're not alone on here.

So Trump wants irresponsible fiscal decision making by the fed to cover for his bad policies? What a shocker. Nothing is ever his fault. What a buffoon.

The tax bill he got passed when he was POTUS #45 has an expiration date. He is pushing Johnson (SOTH) to pass the renewal of the cuts.
He has already removed some of Biden's oil and gas restrictions by executive order and is working with congress to get other restrictions lifted that require legislation to do so.
What he has done that I think he has handled poorly are the tariffs. The U.S. absolutely needs to level the trade playing field but the shite-sandwich, haphazard way Trump and his advisors have gone about it has been embarrassing.
The operational implementation of the tariffs stinks.
