No he's not. Slanted news with an agenda not the truth can be removed. It's the only way to stop them. WH credentials are not mandatory to all media, tell the truth and you get in.

The propaganda around this is wild.
They are not banned. They may follow the standard process for attending press conferences and press events at the whitehouse.
They are not entitled to office space at the whitehouse and to go there when there is no press conference or press events.
Simple.
