I was a kid then. I remember my dad always being pissed at the TV when the news came on since they always bashed Reagan.

Of course, back then there was no Internet and (at least we) didn't have cable TV, so it was 3 networks and their propaganda. However, at least back then they would sometimes at least try to hide their bias. It was nothing like CNN is today.

No, but he doesn't have to in order to be successful.

He really was great. Congress also still worked together instead of doing NOTHING but try to make each other look bad.

Disagree.......Regan was a gentleman and Trump is brash and boorish but Trump is getting stuff done at the same if not better clip as Regan.

Great post - people like us need to keep reminding the mealy mouthed "traditional" Republicans of this. Compare what Trump has done for conservatives in his first YEAR versus what each Bush did in their entire reign and convince them to stop being such pussies.
