Yea schedule IV is a joke. Every drug listed there is a high potential for dependance and abuse. Then again look at the idiots that make the laws. The majority of those mfers probably abuse one of those and that is why they are a IV.

THAT is 1000% the reason for weed being illegal in any way. The liquor lobby is so threatened by it and intent to destroy it, they've ramped up the propaganda to almost ridiculous levels. This hemp ban that Mitch the Bitch slipped in was solely on the orders of InBev/Molson/Seagrams/etc.
Those seltzers have completely changed my life. I haven't drank alcohol in literally 7 months, swapping out beer for these drinks. I cannot put into words how drastically different my life is. It's completely laughable to me that someone could say this is dangerous - in virtually ANY way.
I'm fine with keeping weed medicinal. But the hemp drinks need to be exempted. Ditch your evening wine/beer for 2-3 of these for a week and tell me that it isn't a gamechanger.

Not a pothead at all. Just have been around people that smoke marijuana and drinkers. I drink beer occassionaly. What I will say is that I have never seen someone smoke marijuana, blackout, not remember what they did, be violent and act like a complete arse. Ive seen many people drink and act that way. Drunks are annoying as frick. When you can ingest something and have no memory of what you might have done then it is easily worse than something that doesn't have that affect. First sign of an alcoholic " muh alcohol is not bad"

How? Schedule III is still illegal. Why don't you explain how a drug that fits the actual definition of schedule III shouldn't be schedule III?
I don't smoke but you clowns with your weed is evil and yet alcohol kills more people in 1 year from over doses than Mary Jane has done in 200 years. Complications from alcohol addiction does far more damage to society in 1 year than weed has done in 200 years.
I have zero problem with III. Still illegal. But get back to sipping your cocktails while acting self righteous.

I know alcoholics that have used weed to give up the booze. Some still use weed but not all. Those that do still use are more productive and more mentally stable than they ever were as an alcoholic.
